SITE INFORMATION\/GENERALITIES<\/strong><\/p><p>This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the \u201cPolicy\u201d) applies to the use of personal data of any person who visits or registers (hereinafter, the \u201cUser\u201d) at the URL: https:\/\/www.mipasaportepolaco.com (hereinafter, the \u201cSite\u201d), provided by Mi Pasaporte Polaco SA (hereinafter, \u201cMi Pasaporte Polaco\u201d).<\/p><p>The main function of the Site is to offer the User information related to the training provided by My Polish Passport, advice and management in processing and searching for information to process Polish citizenship (hereinafter, the \u201cService\u201d).<\/p><p>If necessary, My Polish Passport may supplement this Policy with specific information and\/or terms and conditions regarding the Service.<\/p><p><strong>BY ACCESSING, CONNECTING TO, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE, USER CONFIRMS THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, CONSENT TO, AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, YOU SHOULD NOT USE THE SITE OR DIGITAL HOUSE COMMUNICATION CHANNELS.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>2. CONTENT<\/strong><\/p><p>2.1. Among other things, this Policy describes: (i) who My Polish Passport is and what it does; (ii) how to contact My Polish Passport; (iii) what personal data My Polish Passport collects; (iv) how personal data is processed and the purposes thereof; (v) with whom personal information is shared; (vi) transfer of personal data outside of Argentina; (vii) What measures My Polish Passport takes to guarantee the security and confidentiality of data; (viii) the rights of the User.<\/p><p><strong>3. CONTROLLER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/p><p>3.1. My Polish Passport will be the company responsible for the processing of the Personal Data that the User provides on the Site, or that is collected or processed on the Site. In any case, any collection, use and sharing of information in relation to your Personal Data, the User will be subject to this Policy, its updates and the complementary Cookie Policy.<\/p><p>3.2. In accordance with the terms of the Personal Data Protection Act No. 25,326 (hereinafter, the \u201cLPDP\u201d) and complementary regulations, the User is informed that the data collected is part of a database of Mi Pasaporte Polaco, with address at Corrientes 2783, Office 3B, C1046 duly registered with the Public Information Access Agency (hereinafter, \u201cAAIP\u201d).<\/p><p>3.3. For My Polish Passport, the privacy of the User&#039;s Personal Data is very important. In case the User has any questions about the Policy or to exercise the rights set out below (point 12), he\/she may contact My Polish Passport at any time by sending an email to <a href=\"mailto:mipasaportepolaco.com\"><strong>info@mipasaportepolaco.com<\/strong>.<\/a>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>4. LEGAL BASIS<\/strong><\/p><p>4.1. My Polish Passport processes the User&#039;s personal information on the following legal bases, authorized under the LPDP and complementary regulations: (i) free, express and informed consent of the data subjects; (ii) compliance with any contractual agreement with the data subjects; (iii) compliance with legal obligations; (iv) legitimate interests authorized by the LPDP.<\/p><p><strong>5. WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED<\/strong><\/p><p>5.1. Below is a list of all the information that My Polish Passport collects:<\/p><p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Information provided by the User<\/strong>: i) name and surname; (ii) telephone number, (iii) state of residence, (iv) e-mail and (v) course.<\/p><p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Passively collected information<\/strong>: When the User accesses the Site and\/or uses the Service, My Polish Passport may automatically collect and store certain types of information, such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the User&#039;s computer or device and other technical information about the use of the computer or device, such as the type and version of the browser, time zone settings, and operating system, geographic locations, usage sessions, time spent on the Site, frequency of use.<\/p><p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Information from cookies and\/or any other automated information detection method provided by the tools offered on the Site<\/strong>: The information that My Polish Passport collects may include browsing behavior, IP addresses, logs, and other types of information. However, My Polish Passport will not collect any directly identifiable personal information from any User using cookies or any other automated information detection methods provided by the tools offered on the Site.<\/p><p>\u00a0<strong>6. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/p><p>6.1. My Polish Passport processes the User&#039;s personal information for the following purposes:<\/p><p>\u2013 Authorize and manage the User\u2019s access to the Site, verify his\/her identity, authenticate his\/her visits and provide him\/her with the Service;<\/p><p>\u2013 Manage, analyze, develop, personalize and improve the Site and the Service;<\/p><p>\u2013 Analysis for the purposes of providing the Service to the User and improving the payment method;<\/p><p>\u2013 Send the User notifications and news about the current events of Mi Pasaporte Polaco, its services and events through any means, even when the relationship has ended, unless the interested party states otherwise;\u00a0<\/p><p>\u2013 Facilitate compliance with legal obligations if requested by courts or national or international state bodies that so require and request it in the appropriate manner.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u2013 Obtain a diagnosis of any connection problems that may arise between the Site and the User, improving the quality of services.<\/p><p><strong>7. WITH WHOM PERSONAL INFORMATION IS SHARED<\/strong><\/p><p>7.1. We will never sell your personal information without your consent. We will also never disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as provided in this Policy.<\/p><p>7.2. We may share your personal data with the following third parties under the circumstances detailed below, always in accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of the LPDP:<\/p><p>\u2013 With entities related to My Polish Passport.<\/p><p>\u2013 With service providers, following the instructions in My Polish Passport.<\/p><p>\u2013 With government or regulatory authorities, courts, tribunals or other public entities or offices, if we consider it necessary, appropriate or mandatory under applicable law or regulation.<\/p><p>\u2013 With any new My Polish Passport entity or other third party in the event of a sale or merger of My Polish Passport, or an acquisition of the main assets of My Polish Passport, or any other transfer of My Polish Passport to another entity.<\/p><p>7.3.With regard to the processing of personal data of citizens of the European Union, My Polish Passport will comply with the principles and obligations set forth in Regulation EU 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).<\/p><p>7.4. The Site may contain links to other websites that are not owned by My Polish Passport. Accordingly, My Polish Passport shall not be liable for the actions of such websites, to which this Policy shall not apply. We recommend that you review the privacy policy detailed on those websites to understand the information collection procedures they use and how they protect your personal data.<\/p><p><strong>8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER<\/strong><\/p><p>8.1. The User declares that he\/she understands and agrees that his\/her personal data may be transferred to countries or jurisdictions that may not have the same level of legal protection regulations for personal data as those in Argentina and, consequently, may have less protection. When Mi Pasaporte PolacoE transfers personal data to other countries, it protects them in the manner described in this document, implementing safeguards that guarantee an adequate level of protection for the data that is transferred outside of Argentina.<\/p><p>8.2. Regarding the processing of personal data of citizens of the European Union (EU) and\/or the European Economic Area, please be advised that:<\/p><p>(i) My Polish Passport may transfer the personal data of the User of the Site and those generated, if applicable, when using the Site and\/or the Service to entities located in the territory of the Argentine Republic, this being a country declared by the European Commission to have an adequate level of protection in accordance with its Decision 2003\/490\/EC, of June 30, 2003.<\/p><p>(ii) My Polish Passport may transfer the aforementioned Personal Data to other entities located in third countries that have been declared by the European Commission to have an adequate level of protection or with which agreements have been signed with the appropriate guarantees imposed by the European authorities.<\/p><p><strong>9. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p><p>9.1. My Polish Passport has adopted reasonable security measures to protect the User&#039;s information and prevent unauthorized access to your data or any unauthorized modification, disclosure or destruction thereof, in accordance with the LPDP. The information collected by My Polish Passport will be kept strictly confidential. Access to personal data is restricted to those employees, contractors, operators, and representatives of My Polish Passport who need to know such data to perform their functions and develop or improve our Service. My Polish Passport requires the same standards of confidentiality from its suppliers. My Polish Passport does not allow access to this information to third parties outside of My Polish Passport, except at the express request of the User.<\/p><p>9.2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, considering that the Internet is an open system, with public access, My Polish Passport cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to overcome security measures and use the User&#039;s information improperly. In any case, My Polish Passport maintains security and incident response plans to control incidents related to unauthorized access to the private information it collects or stores.<\/p><p><strong>10. INFORMATION CONSERVATION<\/strong><\/p><p>10.1. My Polish Passport will retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, in accordance with Art. 4 of the LPDP. Certain categories of personal data may be retained after the main purpose of processing has been fulfilled: (i) for a legal period determined in any applicable regulation; (ii) for the period of prescription to take civil, administrative or criminal actions, in order to ensure the right of defense of My Polish Passport.<\/p><p><strong>11. MINORS\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>11.1. The Site is not intended for minors under the age of 18. If the User is under the age of 18, he or she must not use the Site or provide his or her personal data, except with the express authorization and consent of his or her parents and\/or legal representatives.<\/p><p><strong>12. USER RIGHTS OVER INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p><p>12.1. Pursuant to Articles 14, 15 and 16 of the LPDP, the User has the following rights in relation to his\/her personal data:<\/p><p>\u2013 Request access to your data.<\/p><p>\u2013 Rectify incomplete or inaccurate data relating to you.<\/p><p>\u2013 Ask My Polish Passport to delete your data when there is no legal basis for them to continue processing it.<\/p><p>\u2013 Withdraw any consent you have provided for the processing of your personal data.<\/p><p>12.2. To exercise any of the rights set forth above, the User may contact My Polish Passport by sending an email to <strong>info@mipasaportepolaco.com<\/strong>, indicating in the subject \u201cLaw No. 25,326 \u2013 Exercise of personal data rights\u201d.<\/p><p>12.3. In certain cases, My Polish Passport may deny requests if it needs to preserve data to provide a particular service, protect the security or functionality of its operations, comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, or for other legitimate interests.<\/p><p>12.4. In relation to the User who is a citizen of the European Union, he\/she may exercise the following rights against My Polish Passport:<\/p><p>\u2013 Access: You have the right to access your information to find out what specific personal data My Polish Passport is processing.<\/p><p>\u2013 Rectification: You have the right to rectify any inaccurate personal data that My Polish Passport is processing.<\/p><p>\u2013 Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of any personal data that you do not want My Polish Passport to continue processing.<\/p><p>\u2013 Objection: In certain circumstances and for reasons relating to your particular situation, you have the right to object to My Polish Passport processing your personal data, in which case your data will be blocked for the period described above.<\/p><p>\u2013 Limitation of processing: You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be limited to specific purposes of your choice.<\/p><p>\u2013 Portability: you have the right to receive the personal data that you have provided to My Polish Passport, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to have it transmitted to another data controller other than My Polish Passport.<\/p><p>To exercise any of them you must send an email to My Polish Passport to the following address <strong>info@mipasaportepolaco.com<\/strong>\u00a0to which a copy of your identity document or passport must be attached. If deemed appropriate, the User may also file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.<\/p><p><strong>13. COMPLAINTS<\/strong><\/p><p>In compliance with AAIP Resolution No. 14\/2018, we inform the User that the Public Information Access Agency, in its capacity as Control Body of Law No. 25,326, has the power to address complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with current regulations regarding the protection of personal data.<\/p><p><strong>14. MODIFICATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY<\/strong><\/p><p>This Policy is subject to change and updates.
